The Rhythm of Apothecary Sorting
As soon as your order is received, our Vaidyas begin selecting fresh, raw botanicals from our apothecary chambers. Because of this personalized preparation, cancellations are subject to tight alchemical time windows.
1. The 2-Hour Sorting Window
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, before our Vaidyas commence raw herb sorting and custom simmering. Once preparation begins, cancellations are locked to prevent botanical waste.
2. Autoship Refill Control Toggles
You have complete sovereignty over your recurring refills. Pause, edit, or cancel your monthly autoship refill plans at any time directly through the "Autoship Plans" tab in your customer dashboard:
Log in to your Account, navigate to "Subscriptions", and select the desired interval (30, 45, or 60 days) or click "Pause Refill Cycle" to suspend indefinitely.
Because lunar-cooked formulations require pre-simmering preparations, subscription cancellations or adjustments must be finalized at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch date.
