Since our elixirs are fresh, lunar-simmered, and completely free of chemical preservatives, we cannot accept returns once they leave our sanctuary. However, our resident Vaidyas guarantee to adapt any recipe to your unique Prakriti until your body finds its natural equilibrium.
1. Raw Botanicals Clause
To preserve the sacred hygiene of our alchemical apothecary, we do not accept returns or offer cash refunds on opened product jars (such as the Ojas Vigour paste or Keshya tailam). Every formulation is made fresh to order and cannot be resold.
2. Prakriti Re-formulation Covenant
If an elixir does not harmonize with your digestion, skin, or hair, we will not leave you unbalanced. We offer a customized re-formulation service at no extra cost:
